Who is responsible for your data

Walter Camaz, trading as TechDigital, with an address at Geranio sur 7, Fracc. Puente Moreno, Medellín, Veracruz, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data received to respond to your requests.

Data we receive

Your name, email address, company or project, service of interest and the details of your inquiry. When you contact us on WhatsApp, we also receive your phone number and the information you share in the conversation. We do not request sensitive personal data in this form. Please do not send passwords, records or confidential information about other people.

How we use your data

To respond to inquiries, understand your needs, prepare proposals or quotes and follow up on the services you request. This form does not subscribe you to advertising. Before using your data for campaigns or additional purposes, we will inform you and obtain any consent required.

How the form works

The form prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. The form does not send your data to a website database. To send us your request, you must press Send in WhatsApp. The conversation is also subject to that service's terms and data processing practices.

External services and technical data

Fonts are hosted on our server. The hosting server may log requests, dates, IP addresses and errors for website operation and security.

Optional analytics

Only if you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, scrolling and clicks toward WhatsApp to evaluate and improve the website. Google may process cookie identifiers and technical browsing and device data, including in other countries. We do not send form contents or WhatsApp messages to Analytics. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or requesting services.

Sending a message through WhatsApp involves using an external service. Please review its policies before sharing information. This notice covers TechDigital's informational website; linked platforms and applications may have their own notices.

Data sharing and retention

We will not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. Hosting and communication providers may be involved in delivering the services described, as may authorities where legally required. We will inform you in advance of any additional transfer requiring consent.

Information will be retained while we follow up on your request and, if you purchase a service, throughout the relationship and any applicable statutory retention periods. You may request its deletion, subject to obligations requiring us to retain certain data.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, rectification or cancellation of your data, or object to its processing; withdraw your consent or limit its use and disclosure. Write to contacto@techdigital.com.mx with the subject line “Personal data”.

Include your name, a way to contact you, the right you wish to exercise and a description of your request. For rectification, specify the correction and provide supporting information. We will explain how to verify your identity or authority to act on someone's behalf through an appropriate method, and respond within the applicable legal deadlines. Withdrawal of consent is not retroactive and may limit our ability to assist you where the data is necessary to provide the service.
